Shipping
How long after ordering is my order shipped? Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days. For expedited shipping, choose Express at checkout, and we'll ship via USPS Priority Mail once production is complete.
Which carrier do you use? All items are shipped via USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle delivery.
How long does it take to arrive? USA: 2-5 business days | Canada: 3-10 business days | Europe: 2-5 business days | Australia/NZ: 5-10 business days | Rest of the World: 5-20 business days. Due to Covid-19, international deliveries may experience delays.
Didn't receive your order? Contact us at littlemadapple23@yahoo.com with your order number, and we'll assist you in tracking it down.
Can I pay extra for quicker delivery? All items take 1-3 business days to make. Choose Express shipping at checkout for USPS Priority Mail within the USA.
Customs fees/taxes? We label packages for smooth customs clearance. Changes to EU customs may incur VAT upon delivery. Recipients are responsible for customs fees.
Shipping Insurance & Product Protection
Shipping insurance covers lost, stolen, or damaged items. Contact us for claims. Product Protection covers damages or defects within 2 years of purchase.
Cancellation & Exchanges
Can I cancel/change my order? Cancellation is possible if production hasn't started. Contact support with reasons for cancellation.
Damaged/incorrect item? Contact support with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement.
Can I return my purchase? Contact support within 30 days from purchase for assistance. Personalized items may have a restocking fee.
Item looks different? Rarely, items may differ slightly. Contact support with photos and your order ID for review.
